Commercial Documents Legalization from UAE Embassy or UAE Consulate, New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata could be completed as per the following process:

Firstly the Commercial Document, which to be attested from UAE Embassy or Consulate present in India, will be attested from the Chambers of Commerce. Secondly the Commercial Document will be attested from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), New Delhi. Finally the Commercial Document will be attested from UAE Embassy or UAE Consulate present in India.

It is not mandatory to attest the Commercial Document from the Chambers of commerce of the issuance state of the document. The Commercial document could be attested from Chambers of Commerce anywhere in India.

Note: The mentioned process of Commercial Document Legalization from UAE Embassy or UAE Consulate is only applicable on the Indian Commercial Document only.

The time frame to complete the Commercial Document Legalization from UAE Embassy or UAE Consulate is maximum seven working days.

The original Commercial Document is required to complete the Legalization from UAE Embassy or UAE Consulate along with a covering letter on the company’s letter head with duly stamped and signed by the authorized signatory stating the reason of the Attestation is required. The covering letter will be saluted “To, The Embassy of UAE, New Delhi, India”.
